The Northwest Georgia Area Agency on Aging (NWGAAA), a division of the Northwest Georgia Regional Commission (NWGRC), is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide programs and services for older adults and caregivers in the following Georgia counties: Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Floyd, Gilmer, Gordon, Haralson, Murray, Paulding, Pickens, Polk, Walker, and Whitfield.
Proposals may be submitted for one or more counties for the period beginning July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028.
Requested programs include:
Case Management Brokering
Falls Prevention: A Matter of Balance
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention
Powerful Tools for Caregivers
Contract awards are contingent upon NWGAAA receiving applicable funding from the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Aging Services.
